To say the least, IGE is huge. I have listed IGE on cheapwowgoldreviews.com as #2 and have gotten much greif over that because they have a tremendous following but I’m just going by my research and experiences.

Customer Service

Well non believers and everyone else that hated on me for listing IGE #2 this is where Guy4Game had IGE beat hands down. For this IGE review I did an online chat with one of their reps and it was difficult to say the least. The english was horrible and when asked the customer support number so I could call the chat rep didn’t even know it. Not good.

It would be fair for me to say that I have never needed to use their customer support for any real issue but after that little spat I wouldn’t feel very confident that it would get resolved easily.

Delivery

IGE claims all gold and items delivered in 24 hours. From the forums and a one time experience from me I can say that this is not always the case. However, compared to the industry as a whole they are well above the standard and in most cases the whole buying experience is straight forward and pleasant. I didn’t purchase any gold for this IGE review.
